Two 23-story tower buildings, in the neighborhood of Villa Luro in the City of Buenos Aires.

Civil and architectural works were undertaken for two buildings, which between them, have 437 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 157 covered and 69 uncovered parking spaces, with development in 2 stages, facing the street Manuel Artigas with an entrance by Nos 5106 and 5190.

In the first stage Tower 1 was built  with 23 floors housing 212 functional units of 1, 2 and 3 rooms and 101 garages (77 in the basement and 24 on the ground floor). The surface itself of Tower I is 13,801 m2.

The second stage saw the construction of Tower II, with 23 floors housing 225 functional units 1, 2 and 2 rooms and 125 garages (80 in the basement and 45 on the ground floor). The surface area of Tower II is 14,049 m2.

All units have a balcony, the larger ones are terraced with an area of 15 m2.

To the 27,850 m2 of surface area must be added a further 9,141 m2 of covered common area resulting in a total of 36,990 m2 of built area.
