We built the complex on an area of 9,933 m2 located at the top of the hill, with access from the scenic route and a clear view out to sea and of Punta del Este. From the entrance gates, located at the top, the complex is displayed as a landscaped park, where rocky and rugged natural scenes are highlighted with illuminated lakes, waterfalls and cascades.

All units have views onto the sea, spacious terraces, covered parking, storage spaces and exclusive wine cellars. One of the main features of the residences is a large terrace of up to 7.50 m. wide with its own grill, which can be accessed from the living and dining rooms. Noble materials and design details are all highlights of the construction of this project.

The panoramic lift rises up from the central axis in the complex, at a slight incline, whose glass window cabin allows for a spectacular view of the resort, the pool and the sea. In addition, each unit can be accessed using 6 state-of-the-art lifts.
